IRONPLAN provides personalized, science-based training plans, workout tracking, progress analytics, and gamification features to help users achieve their fitness goals. The Service is provided “as is” and may be updated or modified at our discretion.
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You must be at least 16 years old to use IRONPLAN. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
IRONPLAN offers subscription-based access to premium features. Subscription details, pricing, and billing cycles are presented at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Refund requests after this period will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
IMPORTANT: IRONPLAN provides general fitness information and training guidance. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

All content, features, and functionality of IRONPLAN (including but not limited to training plans, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you submit (workout logs, notes, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, and process this content to provide and improve our Service.
The XP, achievements, and missions within IRONPLAN are for motivational purposes only and have no monetary value. We reserve the right to modify the gamification system at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IRONPLAN and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of your access to or use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IRONPLAN and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable member state where IRONPLAN is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts of the EU member state where IRONPLAN is registered.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
